Here at Open Space Healing, we are advocates of daily exercise. We firmly believe everyone should make time for exercise every day – no excuses! Sure, you are active enough as you do yard work and house cleaning. Does that mean you do not have to exercise? While staying on your feet is better than having a sedentary lifestyle, you should still make an effort to carve out time to dedicate to moving your body intentionally throughout your life.
The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends 150 minutes of moderate exercises or 75 minutes of vigorous routines weekly.
